Harvest Celebration Sunday 3rd October 10.30am

Countess Free Church will be celebrating harvest – God providing in the fields and country around us – on Sunday 3rd October at 10.30am. Our gathering that morning will include an opportunity to give thanks for all we have, and a chance to donate to Ely Foodbank.

Our services are open to all – there is no need to book. All ages start together, including the donating of food items for the foodbank. Our children and young people will then go to different age appropriate groups, with the adults remaining in the main part of the church for communion and a message relevant for today.

For Ely Foodbank we are particularly asking for:

  • Tinned Vegetables
  • Tinned Meat
  • Long Life Milk
  • Jam
  • Cereals

Please do not bring baked beans – the foodbank is already well stocked in that department! After the service tea and coffee will be in the hall. Our Sunday services are friendly, informal and welcoming for all.
