Week of Prayer: 8th to 15th November
This week (8th to 15th) is our week of prayer – a week where we intentionally schedule to pause for our own prayer, prayer for each other, and the life & witness of the church. The week was in our church calendar from way back in January – and proves poignant for us also to pray for our nation at this time.
Through the Week – Individual and Small
Through the week we encourage everyone to make space to pray. Fix up a time to go for a walk with your prayer partner, or meet in your triplet online. We also encourage IPODs to organise their own online get together to pray for their local streets.
This downloadable outline for the week will be useful – using Ezekiel 37 through Monday to Friday as a guide for daily reflections.
Whole Church Gathering
- The week will start on the 8th with a Remembrance podcast reflection – available to view here from 9am
- We gather as a whole church on Wednesday 11th at 8pm using Zoom:
- On Sunday 15th we will gather again on zoom at 10.30am
Lift one another up, pray that doors may be opened for us, and stand in the gap on behalf of the nation!
