Week of Prayer 22nd to 29th May
As a church we set aside the week of 22nd to 29th of May to pray for the work and witness of our church in the city. This week has the theme ‘Your Kingdom Come‘.
Everyone is invited to make space to pray:
- joining with their prayer partners at a time & location convenient for them
- dropping into church during the 26 hour prayer window (7pm Sunday 22nd to 9pm Monday 23rd)
- all coming together for a whole church prayer evening at 8pm on Wednesday 25th
- also meeting as IPODs etc. around the city
The 26 hour prayer window will have resources in the church for people to use at any time (you will need to arrange a key for night-time access!). Short structured prayer times will be led at 8pm on Sunday, 6.30am on Monday, and again at 8pm on Monday.
The whole church prayer evening on Wednesday is a chance for everyone to gather to pray into the life and witness of the church.
